Samurai Fusion Restaurant, as its name implies, offers a fusion of traditional Japanese food with a touch which refers to the cuisine of other cultures, located in Escazu, Costa Rica.
Everything at Samurai Restaurant is just great, the atmosphere is very modern and cozy, the sushi is always fresh and there’s an unmatched variety of everything, with big portions. From the seaweed or Thai salads, to the monstrous and varied sushi rolls, tempura vegetables, and main courses, to their famous sushi boats loaded up with multilayered sushi, including such creations as the always popular Spicy Salmon Roll, and the more exotic Costa Rica Roll (a tempura shrimp and cucumber in the middle with seaweed and rice wrapped around it, and finally sweet plantains and avocado slices on the outside. It sounds very strange to mix those foods together and to season it with wasabi and soy sauce, but it’s an amazing surprise the first time you taste it). At Samurai Restaurant you could share almost everything and still be plenty satisfied.
Samurai Fusion Restaurant also has a teppanyaki room featuring four tables that seat 30 people, where visitors can watch their hot food be prepared right at their table.
Samurai offers the best flavors, quality and freshness always with an excellent service, just to give its costumers the best culinary experience in Costa Rica. The restaurant has take out and express service, accepts credit cards, with an ample parking lot and security.
