Rancho del Sapito Restaurant has capacity for over 250 guests simultaneously attended to enjoy their wide variety of foods carefully selected to offer the quality you deserve while admiring the beautiful landscape, overlooking the Turrialba volcano, waterfalls, rivers and mountains.
Rancho del Sapito specialty, according to its owners, is the trout and “large plates”, as the restaurant has several ponds that surround it with trouts, which you can fish or simply order them prepared. In addition, Rancho del Sapito also offers a variety of other dishes such as exquisite soups, including “Olla de Carne” (slow cooked beef and vegetables soup), its unique trout soup, “Chorreadas”, cheese tortillas, trout “chicharrones” (fried trout), veal and all kinds of meats.
Another attraction of Rancho del Sapito restaurant is its farm that exhibits for free different types of sheep, chickens, pigs, ducks and many other animals, which can be feed.
